Bakeshop known for its signature carrot cake, in addition to red velvet and coconut cakes, pies, muffins and more. Founded in East Harlem in 1986 by Lloyd Adams, then continued by his wife Betty Campbell-Adams, now carried on by their children Lilka and Brandon.
