Hudson Smokehouse, the first BBQ smokehouse of its kind in the Bronx, opened in March 2020, just before the pandemic caused dining rooms to shut down. Despite the challenges, the dedicated team, led by Kenneth McPartlan, continued serving through takeout and delivery. They also made a significant impact by providing 300 meals a day to World Central Kitchen for those in need during the pandemic.
